ABA trades as both Professional Firm and Company. The Firm provides Audit & Assurance services whereas the Company provides a range of consultancy services including: Tax & Compliance; Legal & Secretarial; Advisory & Management Consulting services. Currently ABA has a total workforce of 40 staff (34 Professional Staff and 6 support staff) led by two Partners with leadership support from Managers who head the various service departments.
ABA has accreditation to audit grants issued by USAID/CDC; EU and Bread-for-the World (BftW). The Firm has clients across the East Africa Region and Beyond. Our portfolio includes clients in DRC Congo; South Sudan; Central Africa Republic; Turkey and Eastern Europe.
We also work with the National Audit Office of Tanzania (NAOT) as sub-contracted Audit Firm supporting the Controller and Auditor General (CAG) in audits of State-owned Entities and Public Bodies. We advise investors and serve Government Parastatals, large and medium companies, Small Medium Enterprise and successful fast growing family companies and businesses
